Hey there – I’m Havana, the heart (and pen!) behind Quillbound.

Stories have always been at my core – from devouring books as a kid to wanting to help others share their stories as an adult. Stories are my way of connecting with the world.
​
I started Quillbound with the belief that, no matter how advanced technology becomes, people will always crave human connection in stories.​
It all started when I got a copywriting job one week before I started university. I couldn't believe that someone would pay me to write. But that was just the beginning...
Moving from in-house to freelancing, I gained invaluable experience working with a variety of clients from a wide range of niches, creating everything from social media copy and newsletters to articles and eBooks.
I honed my skills, learnt essential industry knowledge, built my portfolio, and most importantly, established my voice as a writer and editor.
After graduating with a degree in English, I decided to take my career to the next level.​
